Finnegan is the driving force that sparked a new chapter in our lives. While we had experience caring for dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, and bearded dragons, I yearned for something unique. This desire led me to the growing trend of mini-pigs, despite my lack of knowledge about animal rescue at the time. We acquired Finnegan from a breeder who specialized in pigs, coinciding with a tumultuous period of health issues in our household. Finnegan proved to be a source of comfort and joy during this challenging time.

Prior to bringing Finnegan home, I conducted thorough research and continued to educate myself about pig care. It was through this process that I discovered the option to adopt farm animals that were no longer wanted by their previous owners. This revelation opened my eyes to the possibility of providing a loving home to animals in need, further solidifying my commitment to animal welfare. Finnegan's presence in our lives not only brought us happiness but also inspired a newfound passion for animal rescue and advocacy.
